For the charitable event, the Vogue Paris March 2012 cover girl opted for a floor-length black Givenchy gown in silk and organza from the French fashion house's Spring/Summer 2013 collection, adding a sparkling touch to the otherwise dark look with a pair of drop earrings by Star Diamond, the evening's sponsor. With a cascade of white diamonds and colored stones, the earrings perfectly set off Natalia Vodianova's blue eyes.
